Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of salisburypremiumpropertydefense.com and services provided by Property Pest Defense.

Services

We provide fire ant control, lawn and landscape pest control, and tree, shrub and ornamental pest control to residential and commercial properties within our service area. All treatments are performed outdoors using EPA-registered products applied according to their labels.

Service contract

Service plans begin with an initial service minimum, then continue on your chosen schedule. Re-treatments between scheduled visits are included in every plan at no additional charge when pests return under normal conditions.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted methods include cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur a fee.

Refund policy

We maintain a strict no-refund policy. By scheduling and paying for service, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are final and non-refundable. Any refund issued is solely at our discretion as a one-time courtesy and does not waive or modify this policy.

Cancellation

Customers may cancel service after the 3-service minimum with 10 days’ written notice. Single-visit treatments have no ongoing commitment.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Disputes will be resolved in the appropriate state or federal court in Rowan County, North Carolina.
